Dr. Ellis is a dedicated orthodontist with over 25 years of experience. She practices exclusively at Ellis Orthodontics in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas. Her career highlights include helping children and adults of all ages receive excellent quality orthodontic care in private practice, on the craniofacial team at Children’s Medical Center, and on the faculty of University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. In addition to routine orthodontic treatment, Dr. Ellis has extensive experience providing care to patients with severe malocclusions requiring surgical correction. Dr. Ellis is an active member of the Dallas County Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the American Dental Association.   She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Ellis has provided advisory services to a number of legal offices and state agencies, as well as testimony to the US Congress on the topic of dental Medicaid fraud, patient harm, and taxpayer protection.

Away from the office

Dr. Ellis lives in the Lakewood neighborhood of Dallas with her husband Brooks and two children, Ford and Caroline. When she is not practicing orthodontics, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, riding her bike at White Rock Lake, and attending her children’s school activities and swim meets.
